| Description | The rental of temporary housing, office space, meeting space, as well as accompanying services and equipment to support drilling operations for well. This includes transportation to and from the site, and the installation/setup and removal of all accompanying equipment/services. Location: The FORGE site is located 217 miles south of Salt Lake City and 10 miles NNE of Milford, UT. (see Attachment A for map and directions to the FORGE site from Milford, UT). The units will be placed at two locations: 1) on the 16A(78)-32 drill pad; and 2) an as yet unknown location within an approximate 15 mile radius of the FORGE site |
