| Description | Swatara Creek Floodplain Restoration Phase III: Wolfes Road Restoration Project. The project includes streambank stabilization, floodplain restoration, wetland creation, and fish habitat enhancement along a section of the Upper Little Swatara Creek. The project area is located in Washington Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Work will involve placing rock and log structures within the stream channel, earthwork, erosion and sediment control plan implementation, and planting the site with native vegetation. All fill materials will be disposed of out of the floodplain and out of any wetlands. |
