Metal Roof Repairs

**Per Addendum 2 the bid date has been extended from 01/27/23 to 02/23/23** For the installation of a new standing seam metal roof system for the John C. Harris Community Center located at 350 Sycamore, Fulton, MO 65251. The Housing Authority of the City of Fulton, Missouri (FHA) is requesting proposals from roofing contractors to replace the existing metal roof system on the John C. Harris Community Center with a new standing seam metal roof system. Pricing submitted must include all costs associated with supplying materials and labor to complete all of the requirements of the Request for Proposal. The Housing Authority shall not reimburse respondents for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. Davis Bacon Wage rates are to be used and this is a tax exempt project.
