| Description | This Project is generally comprised of, but not limited to, the following: 1. Engineering and control of asbestos containing materials (ACM); Abatement of interior and exterior caulk and window glazing compound 2. Selective structural demolition 3. Removal and replacement of exterior hollow metal doors and hardware 4. Removal and replacement of aluminum framed entrances and storefronts 5. Removal and replacement of aluminum windows 6. Window glazing 7. Major work is intended to occur during the school’s unoccupied summer months. 8. Construction is anticipated to begin by June 2021. 10. Substantial Completion is anticipated by August 2021. 11. The overall cost of construction of the Project is estimated to be in the range of $400,000. |
