Description | 1. SICKLERVILLE STATION #7: All work associated with renovating the identified areas of work as specified and detailed. a. Completely renovate approximately 300 SF of existing toilet/shower rooms as specified and detailed. b. Removal of existing floor slab, walls, ceilings, finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing as required by new layout and construction. c. New metal stud/drywall partition walls and wall furring, doors frames, hardware, suspended acoustical ceilings, LVT flooring, paint, toilet partitions/accessories etc. d. New depressed concrete floor slab below new toilet/shower areas. e. New lighting, fire alarm devices, convenience receptacles, data pathways (only) throughout the areas to be renovated. f. Limited HVAC distribution and control modifications and new GRDs throughout the areas to be renovated. g. Plumbing demolition, new layout and fixtures for toilets and shower areas h. Partial demolition and modification of existing wood, storage mezzanine structure and interior concrete ramp as needed to expand existing toilet/shower room area, with portion of new CMU wall and adjacent interior concrete access ramp. 2. WATERFORD STATION #8: All work associated with renovating the identified areas of work as specified and detailed. a. Completely renovate approximately 450 s.f. of existing toilet/shower areas and approximately 2000 s.f. of existing general use building areas as specified and detailed. b. Removal of existing floor slab, walls, ceilings, finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing as required by new layout and construction. c. New metal stud/drywall partition walls and wall furring, doors frames, hardware, suspended acoustical ceilings, LVT flooring, paint, toilet partitions/accessories etc. d. New depressed concrete floor slab below new toilet/shower areas. e. New lighting, fire alarm devices, convenience receptacles, data pathways (only) throughout the areas to be renovated. f. HVAC new ductless split systems and limited HVAC distribution and control modifications and new GRDs throughout the areas to be renovated. g.
