This is not an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and no bid bond is required. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160, Roofing Contractors w ith a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is under $25,000. In accordance w ith FAR 28.102-1(b); payment protection is required for any resultant contract greater than $35,000. If contract aw ard is for under $35,000, no payment protection is required. Should the contract aw ard exceed $150,000, performance and payment bonds are required. |
