| Description | Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) a National Laboratory and Federally Funded Research and Development Center RDC) operated by The Trustees of Princeton University, a US Department of Energy Prime Contractor wishes to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 19-070C for removal and replacement of existing built-up roofs and associated components at D-Site at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, 100 Stellarator Road, James Forrestal Campus, US Route 1 North, Princeton, NJ. The scope of work includes the following: 1. Remove Existing Roofing System. 2. Remove Three Abandoned Rooftop Air Handling Units. 3. Coordinate Existing Asbestos Roofing Removal (Asbestos Removal Performed by PPPL). 4. Install New EPDM Roofing System. 5. Replace Existing Service Ladders. 6. Install New Continuous Guardrails. 7. Provide New Portable Fall Protection Anchors. |
