Description Bid Package # 3 Air Conditioning at Hillside Elementary School (Project # 18-031.03). The project consists of providing and installing new mechanical equipment in various locations at Hillside Elementary School for air conditioning of the existing building. Mechanical Construction contract includes new condensing units for existing unit ventilators, new roof top units with ductwork, new mini-split systems, new VRF systems and new HVAC web-based control systems. Electrical Construction contract includes new electrical service upgrade with new MDP, new power distribution for new electrical panels, branch circuit power for all new HVAC systems and new fire alarm systems. General Construction contract includes roof curbs, equipment supports, concrete pads with gates/fencing, and ceiling modifications for the running of ductwork.
