Seminole County Fire Station 12 Driveway-Parking Lot Replacement

**As of September 15, 2022, project was awarded toaraway Concrete Construction , awarded amount is $ 290,184.75** General work description: Seminole County seeks a qualified concrete contractor to remove and replace the entire driveway, parking lot, curbing, and lead walk areas to the main building. All excavation, fill dirt, and concrete are to meet plan specifications of the drawings in the Bid package. Contractors will be responsible for a turnkey solution with regards to demolition, debris removal, and clean up, newly placed concrete, pathways, curbing, and inlet pipe for drainage per the plans in the Bid Package.
