Furniture Move (AFCENT)

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform relocation of USAFCENT office furniture, equipment, and related supplies on Shaw AFB as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) except for items specified to be moved by Government personnel. Prior to the move of each office, the Contractor shall provide medium and large boxes, as well as clear packing tape for those boxes, as requested, intended for the Government to use in packing and moving personal belongings. The Contractor will be responsible for packing all designated office furniture, automation/electronic equipment, filing cabinets, storage lockers, safes, desks and other associated furnishings at Buildings 1411, 1130. Once all office furniture and equipment has been relocated, the furniture and equipment will be off loaded, unpacked and placed in the designated offices, & general areas in the designated building. Once placed, furniture will then be reassembled, if required.
