RFP Construction Manager at Risk (CM) - Composting Facility Capacity Improvements

Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a Construction Manager at Risk for pre-construction and construction phase services for the capacity improvements to the Lee County Composting Facility located at 5500 Church Road, Felda, FL 33930. The County's official bidders list, addendum(s) and information must be obtained from portal. It is the Proposer's responsibility to check for posted information. The County may not accept incomplete proposals. A written change, addition, alteration, correction or revision to a bid, proposal or contract agreement. Addendum/Addenda may be issued following a pre-bid/pre-proposal conference or as a result of a specification or work scope change to the solicitation.
