Professional Engineering, Architecture Design and Post Design Services for a New Citrus County Animal Shelter Facility

Professional engineering, architecture design and post design services to build a new Animal Shelter Facility for Citrus County at the location of 3062 W. Woodland Ridge Drive, Lecanto, Florida, 34461. Minimum Requirements and Timeliness To facilitate and expedite review, the County asks that all respondents follow the response format outlined in the “Response Submittal Format” section of this document. Failure to submit your response in the format requested may result in the reduction of your overall evaluation score. 1. Respondent and their Project Manager shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing similar services within the last five (5) years and be certified, registered and/or licensed as appropriate in their areas of expertise. 2. Respondent shall have experience in Site development for structures > 30,000 sq ft and 5 acres 3. Respondent shall have water and wastewater stormwater experience. 4. Respondent shall have an AIA Certified Architect on staff and/or subconsultant that has experience in Veterinarian and Surgical services, Fear Free Shelter Design and WELL Building Concepts, ASVs’ Guidelines for Standards of Care in Animal Shelter Design, NFPA 150 and USDA/APHIS/Animal Welfare Act in the past 5 years.
