North Branford High School Phase II

Demolition of the existing 124,000 SF North Branford High School in its entirety and replacing it with a new 108,750 SF building at the same site. The new High School will be constructed in two phases. Phase I to include constructing a threestory building that will house Academic Spaces, Science Rooms, Admin. Offices, Kitchen, Cafeteria, stairs, Mechanical Rooms, Electrical rooms, Bathrooms and other support spaces. Phase II will include a twostory building that will house Academic Spaces, Gymnasium, LockerRooms, Art classrooms and other support spaces. The site improvement consists of new parking lots, grading, practice field, lighting, new utilities, new driveways, landscaping and striping.
