1 1 LFT 1 line of 67'-6" linear feet of (12'-11" x 7'-6") corrugated aluminum structural plate pipe arch 2 1 Each (Inlet headwall (31'-6" x 11'-0") fully welded structural aluminum plate, the headwalls shall be designed for surcharge. 3 1 Each (Outlet) headwall (31'-6" x 11'-0") fully welded structural aluminum plate. The headwalls shall be designed for surcharge. 4 1 Roll Manufacturer shall provide 1 roll of geogrid soil stabilization material that is equivalent to Tensar 160 13FT x 246FT roll, for placement beneath the structure and in the road subgrade (Square Feet) 5 1 Each Manufacturer shall provide on-site technical assistance during assembly, installation and backfilling operations of the structure. Structure shall be back filled in accordance with the Department's Standard Specifications unless authorized in writing by the engineer. (Lump Sum) 6 1 Each On-site contract personnel to fully assemble structure on site. (Lump Sum). All structure materials and incidentals shall be designed and fabricated to meet or exceed AASHTO design and material requirements to corrugated aluminum structural plate culvert; ASTM B746/B746M, AASHTO HL-93 loading and North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. Fasteners shall meet or exceed ASTM grade A307 or A449. Fill heights over structure: Minimum cover over pipe – 2.0' Maximum cover over pipe – 10.0' Wash stone shall not be allowed for use as back fill without written authorization by engineer. The purchase of this structure shall include but not be limited to all items detailed in this specification, the delivery of the structure and any incidentals required for the proper assembly of the structure.
