RFQ D/B - SR 20/Olson Creek and Unnamed Tributary to Skagit River - Fish Passage

This project, will replace the existing fish barrier culvert crossings on SR 20 at. Unnamed. Tributary to Skagit. River (MP 94.82, WDFW Site 991126) and SR 20 at Olson Creek (MP 105.42, WDFW Site CD18) with fish passable water crossing structures. The Project, will. include the fol-lowing: Providing water crossing and structure designs, plans, and specifications for the project. Providing design documenta-tion. Providing hydraulic design documentation, Providing stream restoration in th.e immediate vicinity of the crossings, as required. Acquiring environmental permits as an authorized agent of WSDOT. Providing mitigation solutions for sensitive area impacts. Facilitating temporary and permanent utility adjustment and relocation. Other elements including but not. limited to embankment, grading, paving, storm drainage, guardrail, signing, erosion con-trol, and planting. Engineer's Estimate: The esti-mated Contract cost of the proj-ect is approximately $15 to $20 Million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
