| Description | Provide refurbishment of the Northeast and Northwest Staff Entrances at the Historic Courthouse. Contractor shall grind down the concrete in this area to its historical color or existing natural substrate. In the landing there is old Saltillo terra cotta tile which will be removed, preparation of the concrete to accept new Saltillo terra cotta tile on both the lower and upper portions of both entry's and a complete sealant applied as part of the project.
