| Description | Provide soil and material testing services for the Town. This is to establish testing and inspection services within the proposed project limits of various construction projects in the planning, design, preconstruction, or construction phase. The soil and material testing services required for these types of projects would be on an oncall and as-needed basis for two (2) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year with the mutual consent of both parties in writing, unless sooner terminated as provided herein. |
