Riverview Terrace Pump Station Improvements

Work under this project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a recessed wet well mounted pump station in manufacturer supplied below grade enclosure at the Riverview Terrace Pump Station with all other materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals provided by the Contractor including all clearing and site work, demolition work of existing pump station, earthwork, backfill, compaction, existing dry well modifications, existing wet well modifications, pump station installation and controls, all associated process piping, force main and drainage piping, driveway reconstruction, pavement, loam and seed, and all erosion control, fencing, tree planting, traffic control, temporary pumping, test pits, metals, electrical and incidentals for the complete upgrade of the existing Pump Station.
