| Description | The scope of work is generally described as on-call mitigation, containment and restoration services at locations throughout the County. Tasks required for individual on-call projects vary and may include, but are not limited to: Emergency damage containment, fire damage cleanup, salvage and contents cleaning, water/moisture cleanup, including flood and storm damage, biohazard materials cleanup, environmental cleanup, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, mold remediation restoration of surfaces such as walls, flooring and ceiling. Work shall be performed under controlled conditions in accordance with applicable codes and best practices. Work may be subject to direction, supervision, and approval by a certified industrial hygienist as directed by the County. Deadline for Written Questions - 3:00 p.m., PST, March 17, 2023 |
