DSJ Assessments Office Bathroom Removal and Repairs

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from contractors to provide bathroom removal services at the Dorothy Swanda Jones (DSJ) Main Borough Building in the Assessments Department. This will be a complete demo of the two bathrooms in this department. The two bathrooms were tested and will need to be demoed by an Abatement company. Once abatement is complete, the area will be repaired to match the existing office area to include: ceiling tile repair, sheetrock repair, painting the repairs and area where the new office furniture will be installed, carpet tile infill, rubber base replacement for the office area for the new office furniture. The Assessment office furniture installation will require electrical work to accommodate the new office furniture's power connection. This will require coordination to determine the location of the power drops for the new furniture and make the needed connections after the office furniture is installed.
