| Description | A. The following is intended to describe and specify the on-going monitoring services for the access control systems - Keri Systems for the City of Hialeah facilities. Further, to describe and specify preventive and ongoing maintenance. B. The general scope of work for this project will include: i. Installation and Maintenance: Provide installation and maintenance services on the panels/communicators for a period of Three (3) years with the options to continue the monitoring for an additional Two (2) years in two One (1) year increments at the sole discretion of the City. Monitoring costs will be shown as a separate line item in the proposal. |
