| Description | District Court IT Relocation Last day for questions 06/01/2023 As part of the Downtown Campus Master Plan restacking plan, District Court IT has been identified to relocate from their current suite on A-17 to space on A-7 at the Hennepin County Government Center. The interior remodel is approximately 5100 square feet on the 7th floor and consists of demolition, finishes, millwork, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. 15% for Small Minority-Owned Businesses (SMBE) 13% for Small Women-Owned Businesses (SWBE) The Contractor to substantially complete the Work is 90 days The County reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether any aspect of a proposal satisfactorily meets the criteria established in this RFP; to seek clarification from any Proposer(s); to reject any or all proposals with or without cause; to cancel this RFP; to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal; and to add, delete, or modify any requirement or statement in this RFP if it determines doing so is in its best interest. |
