2022 Project Bundle

The project is comprised of four (4) parts in six (6) sections of Avon Lake. Part A – Removal, Replacement, and Installation of water mains methods & appurtenances, reconnection of services and emergency by-pass water main(s) with services on the project streets contained within the plans. Part B - Installation of new sanitary sewer mains, appurtenances and new laterals on the project streets contained within the plans. Part C - Installation of new storm sewers, appurtenances, catch basins, yard drains and re-grading of tree lawn swales on the project streets contained within the plans. Part D – Base undercutting, roadway lowering, re-pavement, mill and fill, all locations as directed throughout the project limits, see plans for specifics.
