Maintenance and Operations Center Moc-2

The Project is a build-out to an existing building including renovated office space, build-out in the existing warehouse, structural upgrades, and accessibility improvements. Scope involves modification to the fire sprinkler service, fire alarm, and electrical systems; build-out of the warehouse space with new partitions, new rooftop mechanical units with through roof penetrations, and structural upgrades at roof level; demolition and renovation of existing restrooms to bring up to ADA compliance; low-voltage and security improvements in coordination with the Owner’s vendors.
