Seeking Contractors with expertise in preparing and updating transition plans for accessible facilities within public right-of-way. Contractors interested in helping the County with this Project shall first review the County's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Right-of-Way in Unincorporated Adams County, Colorado (Plan). A thorough review of the Plan is critical to understanding where the County is today and knowing the information in it will be necessary to determine the effort needed for the Project.
