Annual Contract for Disaster Recovery Services (Debris Removal)

The purpose of this invitation is to solicit written proposals from qualified firms for disaster recovery services for The City of Richmond Hill Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid are contained in this Request for proposal package. Please note that specific forms for submission of a bid are required. Proposals must be typed or printed in ink. Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in writing and received no later than 11:00 A.M., August 19th, 2022. No responses will be given to questions received after that time. Questions may be faxed to 912.756.5882, emailed to kachtziger@eommgmt.com, or hand delivered to The City of Richmond Hill located at 40 Richard R Davis Drive Richmond Hill, GA 31324. Any changes to the conditions and specifications must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document approved changes. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
