2021 Parking Lot Reconstruction Project

Reconstruction of select parking lots and driveways at the Marysville Middle School (400 Collard Drive) and Gardens Elementary School (1076 6th Street) in Marysville, Michigan. Reconstruction includes select storm sewer, underdrain, and subgrade undercutting. An alternate bid includes the removal of existing asphalt and restoration of disturbed area at Gardens Elementary School. The approximate quantities for the major items of work involved in this project are as follows: • Pavement Removal – 5,800 square yards • Hot Mix Asphalt Paving – 1,050 tons • Aggregate Base and Shoulder – 1,625 tons • 12-inch RCP Storm Sewer – 65 feet • 6-inch PVC Storm Sewer – 30 feet • 12-inch CSP Culvert – 45 feet • 6- inch Underdrain – 355 feet • Excavation – 1,450 cubic yards • Embankment – 205 cubic yards • Lawn Restoration – 2,900 square yards
