Description

Replacement of a two cell Baltimore Air Coil cooling tower at 1100 Judicial Center Drive in Brighton, Co. 1. Contractor is responsible for all Permits and necessary inspection. 2. 1-year labor warranty 3. Hiring and managing a crane operator (includes risk insurance), for removal of old and installation of new towers. To include 4. Draining and disconnection of all mechanical components for removal of old towers 5. Haul away and dispose of old towers. Disposal to comply with Colorado environmental waste regulation. 6. Disconnection of and supporting of all piping to allow for the removal of the old towers. Reinstall and add necessary piping support as needed. 7. Small mezzanine walk between the towers needs to narrowed and stairs supported for the new towers set 8. Contractor to secure the towers to the existing structure. 9. Reconfigure condenser water piping to new cooling tower with side connections to the equalizer and bypass per cut sheet. Reconnect piping, installation of new parts, valves and components (supplied by the TC), to make the towers fully functional again. 10.Install and or support remaining catwalk and ladders & handrails that is included with the cooling tower 11.Fill and flush system and assure full pump operation with the coordination of the TC contractor and ADCO 12.Reinsulate any piping that had insulation removed with 1 ½ Foamglass insulation and aluminum exterior covering 13. The contractor will provide all labor and parts for removing and reinstalling the 2 towers, cutting, welding, flushing, exterior piping insulation, and piping supporting as required by ASME, ASHRAE and ADCO at removal and final installation
