| Description | Rehabilitating the existing pavement on various county and township roads by means of resurfacing the existing pavement with 448 asphalt concrete. The resurfacing will consist of an average thickness of 1-3/8” of asphalt concrete to match the width of the existing pavement. A tack coat will be applied on the existing pavement before resurfacing. 448 Asphalt Concrete shall have minimum bitumen content of 6.2% and may contain a maximum of 10% recycled material. Aggregate to be used in hot mix shall be stockpiled, Total number of miles being resurfaced is approximately 21.61 miles of which 16.05 miles |
