| Description | Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the requirements for this service to WPAFB: Contractor shall provide electric delivery, transmission, and distribution services to match real time demand load and energy usage at WPAFB. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) future nominated contractor will supply the needed mega-watts capacity (MW) and electric energy (MWH). The current peak demand at WPAFB is 82 (MW) with a consumption of 417,700 (MWh) from 01 Oct – 30 Sept 2019. WPAFB anticipates a load increase over the next year to 87.0 MW of demand and 470,000 MWh of consumption. |
