2023 Paving Project Northwest Drive & Arnold Court

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashiers check, trust company treasurers check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The work generally includes pavement overlay of the entire length of both Northwest Drive & Arnold Court. The project work is located in West Cornwall Township and North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents. Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work. West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
