Cccs Ifb 20-014 Security System Phases 1 & 2

Physical and electronic security system improvements are inclusive of doors and door hardware, security systems software, video surveillance components, access control components, and intrusion and duress alarm systems. The electronic security systems shall be provided complete and turn-key, including all necessary wiring, cable pathways, terminations, programming, commissioning, owner training, and project closeout documentation. Improvements to door openings include replacement of door hardware and adjusting or repairing existing door hardware as identified in the bidding documents. The scope of the project is delineated as phases 1 and 2. Phase-1 and phase-2 scope must be bid independently, however the implementation of phase-1 and phase-2 work shall be performed concurrently as one project.
