Description

It is the intent of Mesa Unified School District #4 to seek the services of a qualified contractor to clean windows at the Administrative Services Building and Student Services Center two times per year at each site. It is anticipated that the first cleaning will occur between August and November and the second cleaning will occur between February and May Washing shall be both inside and outside and shall be left clean. Glass is clean when all window surfaces are without streaks, film, deposits and stain and have a uniform bright appearance. Windows shall be cleaned in such a manner as to cause a minimum amount of inconvenience and/or disturbance to building occupants. Contractor is to clean excess cleaning solutions off window ledge and sills. All work shall be done n workmanlike manner and premises in the vicinity of the work area shall be left clean on a daily basis. Work shall be subject to final inspection and approval of the Director of Custodial or designated agent as soon as work is completed by the Contractor. ITEM 1: Mesa Unified School District #4 is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, high access equipment, stage rental, permits and insurance to clean all interior & exterior glass from the first floor through the eighth floor, including north, south & east entrance/lobby glass, and remaining interior glass at the following site: Administrative Services Center 63 E Main Street Mesa AZ, 85201 (Approx. 8 stories high) It is anticipated that this work shall be completed within 30 calendar days of start date assigned. Contractor shall be available to start within within 2 weeks notice. ITEM 2: Mesa Unified School District #4 is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, lift equipment and insurance to clean all exterior glass, interior entrance/lobby and atrium glass at the following site: Student Services Center 1025 N Country Club Dr. Mesa, AZ 85201 (Approx. 2 stories high) It is anticipated that this work shall be completed within 15 calendar days of start date assigned. Contractor shall be available to start within within 2 weeks notice. NOTE: Once washing has begun on any building, the Contractor shall finish all glass in the building with no absences from the job unless due to weather. This is an annual contract for services which will be awarded per building site for up to two (2) contractors. There will be no renewals of this contract.
