| Description | Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to provide a variety of plumbing supplies and equipment to the District on an as-needed basis for various District projects including, but not limited to repairs and renovations to buildings, facilities. The Vendor shall be responsible for furnishing and delivery to the HCS requesting Departments(s) the commodity or services described herein on an "as-needed basis" for one (1) two-year (2) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of two (2) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of HCS as deemed in its best interest. |
