The contractor must be approved to perform Carlisle Roofing Systems warranty roof repairs. The work must include but is not limited to, troubleshooting, repairing, patching, painting, installing, replacing,g and/or removing minor areas of built-up, single-ply, shingle, slate and metal roofs, fascia, gutters and downspouts, and any other work related to roofing. This Contract shall not cover major roofing work, such as removal and replacement of major areas. The Contractor must also provide emergency services.
