Hawaii Child Nutrition Program - Install New Soundproofing System for Conference Room

Provide cost proposal to furnish labor, materials, and equipment necessary to do the following: o Remove and replace ceiling tiles with Armstrong Lyra #8751 or approved equal. Also, install CertainTeed R-19 Unfaced Fiberglass Batt Insulation or approved equal on top of existing suspended acoustical ceiling and extend 3 feet beyond all conference room walls. NOTE: Existing ceiling tiles will be stored on site. o Install Lamvin 1-inch Sonic Acoustical Wall Panels or approved equal on all walls in the conference room and cover the inoperable door and install metal furring on wall to match unused door to get panel on the same plane. o Extend out all electrical outlets, light switches, telecommunication and Ethernet wall jacks to meet finish product. o Install Mull-It-Over wall closure on front door (STC 60 options or approved equal). o Remove and remount television and smart board.
