Preventative Maintenance and Inspections Dock Doors ABC Warehouse

Provide professional Preventative Maintenance for Inspection of ABC Commission/Warehouse Dock Equipment location at 404 East Tryon Road, Raleigh NC 27610. Quarterly on-site inspection of dock doors, dock levelers, and the entire dock area to detect potential problems and perform scheduled quarterly maintenance. The dock doors are Wayne Dalton T150. The dock levelers are Rite Hite, Power Ramp, Hydraulic. The vendor shall be responsible for labor, equipment, and materials to do the following: 1. On-site quarterly inspection of 43 dock doors, 30 dock levelers, 5 receiving doors and the entire dock area. Conduct service on shipping doors 6 am to 10 am and receiving doors after 11 am. Conduct quarterly inspections March 2021, June 2021, September 2021, December 2021. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance which includes, but not limited to, cleaning, servicing, and lubricating each dock door and dock leveler. 4. Adjust each dock leveler as required. 5. Must provide the ABC Commission with a quarterly inspection report following each inspection. Include what was done during this inspection and list any comments and concerns that need to be considered for preventive maintenance measures. 6. Must provide qualified service personnel for services and repairs on an as-needed basis. (Within 24-hour response, as deemed emergency) 7. Prior approval from the ABC Commission is required for any time and/or materials worked out side of the above scope.
