New Restroom Building Located in Promenade Park

The project consists of a Unified General Construction Contract for the construction of a new 230 SF restroom building located in Promenade Park. The building will consist of two single-occupant toilet rooms and a janitorial/utility room. It will be located on the north side of the river west of the Harrison Street Bridge. The building will be structured with CMU bearing walls clad with manufactured stone and steel plank siding, and will have a wrapping ribbon of aluminum storefront clerestory windows. The mono-pitch roof will be framed with wood rafters and will have a pre-finished, architectural standing-seam metal roof system. The project includes all toilet fixtures, accessories, and associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
