Bridge No.197 Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Hendricks County, Indiana will receive sealed bids for: Bridge 197 (formerly Culvert GU-064) Replacement Located on CR 975E 0.18 Miles N of CR 800S. Over Hendricks Creek In Guilford Township Hendricks County, Indiana The proposed construction will consist of: Culvert replacement, road reconstruction, and associated roadwork as more fully set forth in the Plans and Specifications. The work shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Notice, the General and Special Provisions, the Contract, and the Plans and Specifications for this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the opening of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hendricks County reserves the right to reject any/or all of the bids and/or waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
