Mineral Wells Roof Replacement

Contractor will provide all labor, materials and any needed rental equipment to remove and dispose of existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing, scuppers, gutters and other general rooftop accessories and Divialties. Contractor is to install new roof system, all accessories and specialties to include: the following items: 1. Remove existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing, scuppers, gutters and other general rooftop accessories and specialties. 2. Verify integrity of existing roof deck 3. Repair and/ or replace existing deck as required. 4. Install roof insulation as required to meet current state and city energy codes. 5. Install new fully adhered styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified bituminous roof system including all materials, metal edge flashing, boots, vent stacks, curbing, scuppers and/ or gutters and other roof specialties and accessories as required. 6. Install new walking pads from roof access to and around existing rooftop units. 7. Provide minimum two (2) year warranty on all installed work. 8. Provide minimum twenty (20) year NDL manufacturer’s warranty on all material and workmanship. 9. Total roof area is approximately 5,130 SF.
