Pine Village Water Plant No. 1 Hydropneumatic Tank Addition

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, to construct Water Plant No. 1 - Hydropneumatic Tank Addition for Pine Village Public Utility District, including, but not limited to: demolition and removal of fuel storage tank, concrete fuel containment structure, and one (1) floodlight with concrete pedestal; construction of one (1) 20,000-gallon steel hydropneumatic tank (HPT) including foundation, piping, pipe support, and protective coatings; modifications to the existing plant piping and air line; construction of one (1) floodlight with pedestal foundation; electrical work including conduit bank and control modifications for proposed HPT; de-energize and re-energize incoming electrical service; construct drainage swale with concrete rip-rap; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning facility.
