City of Lynn Invitation for Bid Seal Coating and Striping Services The City of Lynn invites bids from qualified contractors to provide on-call outdoor court sealcoating, striping and related services. Work may involve Multipurpose and Pickleball Court Color Sealing, Multipurpose Game Court Lines and Seal-A-Line, Multipurpose Game Court Crack Repair to existing pavement and Installation of Tennis or Pickleball Nets and Posts Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30, 39M and to the minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 - 27H and the Davis Bacon Act. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid price, including all alternates, in the form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Lynn. The City of Lynn reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the City. |
