Description	Provide design, bid documents, bid review and construction/engineering inspection/management services for the construction of a new innovative and efficient Public Works Fleet Facility. This essential, hardened facility will house the City’s fleet operations (garage), multiple levels of office space, contain an Emergency Operations Center component, and be located along College Street just south of the existing Public Works complex and just north of Sunrise Court. The firm is to furnish a project inclusive of all design, permitting, bid and construction documents, contract administration and engineering inspections.
