Ridgewood Sidewalk Extension

**As of October 12,2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 16,2023.** The Work will consist of removal of specific trees and existing driveways, constructing sidewalks, driveways, crosswalks, a boardwalk and signage. No Bids will be considered unless the Bidder, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is properly qualified to submit a Bid for this Project in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama. This shall include evidence of holding a current license from the State Licensing Board for General Contractors, as required by Chapter 8, Title 34 of the Code of Alabama (1975). In addition, non-residents of the State, if a corporation, shall show evidence of having qualified with the Secretary of State to do business in the State of Alabama. A copy of required State of Alabama license shall be included in the bid submittal and listed on the outside of the submittal envelope.
