City of San Juan Capistrano Public Works (City) is requesting proposals for all work necessary to maintain and/or repair various city owned concrete infrastructure, sidewalks and curb and gutter. Proposals will be received by the City for the purpose of evaluating best services and costs. General Scope of Services. Contractor promises and agrees to furnish to the City all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the professional Striping, Legends, Miscellaneous Traffic Control Devices, Maintenance Services for the Project. The Services are more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from June 31, 2023 to June 30, 2026, unless earlier terminated as provided herein. Contractor shall complete the Services within the term of this Agreement and shall meet any other established schedules and deadlines. Upon City determination of satisfactory Contractor performance, and by mutual written consent, the City Manager is authorized to approve up to three (3) additional one-year term extensions.
