Mow all turf areas from fence / property to fence/ property line. (Photos attached) Remove all debris before mowing. No debris will remain after mowing. The mowing height for St. Augustine grass is to be cut to 4”, other types of grass to be cut at 3”.Edge all walkways and curbs. Maintain all flowerbeds in a weed free condition and blow all leaves from flower beds. Trim around all trees, buildings, and other objects. Prune all shrubbery (6 inches from buildings) and tree branches (Minimum 10 feet height) as required, to maintain clear walkways and driveways. Also, other pruning and hedging will be required for shrubbery according to the variety of plant. Haul off leaves, weeds, limbs, and other debris on day of service. Do not blow into streets and do not blow against buildings.
