The project consists of the realignment of Kline Boulevard at its intersection with Union Avenue. The construction scope includes one (1) base bid that consists of the installation of granite curb, pavement repair, ADA curb ramps with detectable warning surface, striping, signage, utility pole with luminaire installation and installation of stormwater pipe and drainage structures.
