Masonry Services for Repointing and Limestone Repair at Kenea Park Gazebo

The gazebo at Kenea park, located at the intersection of Main and East Main Streets and Route 222, is in need of repointing of the grout joints between the granite, as well as repairs to Our limestone columns. 1. Power wash granite surfaces, tile and column surfaces to remove carbon and dirt. 2. Grind out all granite masonry joints down to a minimum depth of 1" and repoint with a cement mortar mix. 3. Patch base of columns by sounding out and removing loose stone, install stainless steel pins, and repair with Keim's Restauro Top, or equivalent, matching the existing as close as possible. Shave to existing profile. 4. At joints between tiles and granite, prime joints with Pecora's P150 primer or equivalent and pressure caulk joints with Pecora's DynaTred or equivalent non-sag traffic grade polyurethane sealant. 5. Seal joints with Charger Corp's Florok Envoi-shiled 40 breathable deep penetrating waterproofing, or equivalent.
