| Description | Provide electrical equipment for the Influent Screen(s) Replacement/Retrofit project at the Salt Lake City Water Reclamation FacilityThe Work can be generally broken down into the following three phases: 1. Phase 1 concerns design and bidding services. Upon award of the Purchase Order, the bidder shall submit panel fabrication shop drawings and related submittals which, when finalized and approved, will be incorporated into construction documents for installing contractor. The contractor will be selected under a separate bidding process after Phase 1 and will complete installation, make electrical connections, and place electrical equipment into service. 2. Phase 2 includes equipment fabrication, factory testing and shipment of electrical equipment to the SLCWRF project site. Quality control factory acceptance testing certifications and O&M manuals submittals will be prepared by the bidder and submitted to the SLCDPU for review and approval prior to shipment. 3.Phase 3 includes field services to confirm proper installation of electrical equipment by the contractor in preparation of start-up as electrical equipment is placed into service. This phase of work also includes training of SLCDPU's operation staff, and any field testing and final acceptance documentation associated with electrical equipment warranties | ||
