Description | Salt Lake County (SLCo) requests bids forFull Coverage Hardwood Floor Maintenance and Service Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Salt Lake Parks and Recreation invites your company to provide full coverage maintenance and servicing to the hardwood floors that Salt Lake County owns throughout the Salt Lake Valley. The hardwood floors are located at County owned facilities and are of various sizes and design. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, and equipment necessary to provide the service for the designated Salt Lake County hardwood floors on the provided list. The contractor will provide the County with the maintenance services set forth in this agreement and include, but not limited to those services expressly stated for locations on attached sheet. Services are based on the needs of the County. The County reserves the right to add more locations to this contract as needed. This contract may be used by other agencies within the County Question Submission Close Date 2/7/2023 12:00 PM MST The contract resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution with a five (5) year term. The County reserves the right to review the contract(s) on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis and may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the contract. The County reserves the right to review the contract(s) on a regular Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder bidding the lowest overall cost including delivery and meeting specifications. The County will also use a preference system pursuant to County policy. Please refer to the preference attachment. The County may reject any or all bids pursuant to County Ordinance, including if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. regarding performance and cost analysis and may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the contract. |
